Hi Elliot, congratulations on Stokesley Duathlon - just seen the results! Hope the training is going well for Lanzarote, seems like you'll be in good shape. I've been doing a fair bit of training but no racing yet unfortunately. Also need to get out on bike more instead of Wattbike! Hopefully will be ready though as it's not long to go!
see you in the muddy field. catch up with you on friday or sat, if we can get the camper van into the field. will put the beer in the fridge for sunday night!!
How you feeling? I take it you felt better before Cold Play? How was Cold Play good? Good pics from Hamsterly, is that Kerry getting ready for the next camp?

Yeh, looking forward to next weekend, bike needs a bit of tlc first tho, not been out yet this winter............ If it's like being 14 again does that mean we can build ramps and have wheelie competitions ????
Hello mate, dunno really, trying not to obsess too much about it, saving that for the tri season!! Ran well though and it did give me an idea of where my fitness is (or isn't!?) Think I finished round about top 10 of the Medium pack..........
Good stuff; kicking can help Elliot!
I'm not really getting into the training minsdset yet - but i have had a couple runs and a great new mtb route that Blair showed me. I'll be off to SA in a week, and i'll be back into the thick of it pretty quickly, training mostly with Tim Don. And racing again before i know it at the SA 70.3 mid Jan.
Have a great camp back in the Lakes, i'll be looking 4wd to hearing all about it. Pity i am off and missing it. Good luck with the rest of the swim lessons!
Thanks for the weekend and for making me feel so welcome. Seemed like i missed a good ride, my legs were still sore on monday, had to run em off this morning. Hope to catch up with some of you over the winter for some MTB or a road ride. maybe we try to pinpoint a Sunday a month to try to get out for a ride road or mtb up your way or on N york moors If you fancy
yep! but if the weather is really bad such as its hail stoning or something like that then i wont be. But I cant see that happening, weather forecast is supposed to be quite good so see you tomorrow!
Hi, i was really tired after that bike ride...thanks! but really, it was a really nice route and its exactly what I need. Thanks for trying to help with my descending skills...i'll get there one day!
take a look at www.newtonrunning.com the stability trainer shoe is the 'Motion' (white one). Take a look about what it says re size (recommends 1/2 a size larger than normal). Do you want some as well?
