Firstly...Thanks to all of you who have been giving great support out in Florida and back at home!



So, I am sitting back at my girlfriend's in Oxford after a long journey home from Florida. What kind of a trip did I have??

Sunday saw me out racing for the first time in a while with the Henley Half Marathon. I decided, like most of the run races that I do at the moment, to make it a bike-run brick session which involved me riding to the event from Oxford, a good 30miles.
