Castles Challenge Triathlon

Total Racing International are proud to announce the second Castle Challenge Northumberland Triathlon after the success of the 2009 event. The organisers have taken into consideration feedback given from the 2009 event, and a date has been arranged for 2010.

Pro Athlete and TRI Head Coach Alun Woodward is currently in the UK and we are running Endless Pool Analysis workshops throughout December. The Endless Pool is located in Ashington, Northumberland, just off the A189. The sessions will cover:

Remembrance Day

I felt I had to post this blog after a very traumatic day. I know this is a more serious post and is a bit depressing but please view it in a positive light. I watched the remembrance day ceremonies today and it was very powerful. It is impossible to imagine the horror suffered by those involved in war and loss of comrades/family/friends. John said… ok no probs- i got a fairly mad month with couple of trips away to euros with british tri and prague to teach some retul but there are a couple of potential windows. tuesday 24th and wed 25th possible. maybe the weekend of 14th/15th but waiting for confirmation on possible retul course in madrid. otherwise week beginning 30th onward is fine!
