Wednesday am; Run, 13.8km (1 hour 3) - easing off calves - felt good by 12km
pm; 30 mins Core (still to do)
pm; Pool session (still to do)
Just stretched off and massaged calves after class - had a midterm..went ok...don't think I failed which is a plus!
